I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, offering a comfortable atmosphere to relax after a long day. The bed was especially cozy, and the bathroom was spotless with good amenities.

The service was very good overall—staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was satisfying with a nice variety, the salmon dinner was okay. The location is fantastic—central and convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for its comfort, location, and friendly staff.

Recently stayed for a long weekend, the hotel was nice - clean, great location, decent amenities. The staff was amazing! Front desk was always helpful and pleasant. Danny the bartender was fun and kind. The shuttle driver Jaylyn was very nice, funny, and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

On our arrival and departure the staff was friendly and helpful. This location has a full kitchen and menu in the evening till 9:00 p.m. The menu and prices looked appealing and reasonable. Our room was clean and well stocked. The room was in good condition. The door to enter the room was a little hard/sticky to open. I assume something has shifted or settled in this part of the hotel as another guest had the same issue. Overall the hotel was nice. Large hot/cold breakfast items.

We came down for our God's Word Only Ministries, Men's retreat this year. The hotel saff was very helpful, friendly, check-in went smooth for our group of 25 guest.|The staff was always smiling and speaking in a very pleasant voice.|Who stood out the most to me was Mrs. Cheryl when we came down to eat breakfast. She was on point. She has a very welcoming spirit. She made sure our order was taken with the concern of making sure it was right. Mrs. Cheryl was very friendly while attending to 25 guest in my group and another ladies group of 12-15 women at the same time. Bringing out plates, taking up plates, while still checking to see if anyone needed anything. And she never missed a beat.|There was never a sign of being over wame. Mrs Cheryl talked with us but kept it short and keep it moving.||The rooms were very nice and clean.|Beds are very comfortable.|The pillows are too soft for me, I like a firm pillow. That's nothing to keep me from coming back. |O yeah and there's plenty of restaurants and shopping (mall) within 15mins in the area.|Conference room was great for our classes/sessions. They have about 4- 6 conference rooms. Plenty for the gathering.|Over all we enjoyed our stay

Friendly and very helpful staff. Food is very good. We have stayed at this facility several times. We have also stayed at Hilton Garden Inns in SC, GA, Fla and Tenn. All had friendly staff, but the food at N. Charleston is by far the best. Good value for the price.

As always, amazing service from the front desk staff. Especially Malaysia, who was very accommodating even when I messed up the dates. ||Renovations are great, lobby and rooms look amazing. All the staff is friendly and polite. ||Highly reccommend, please visit!

Stayed one night since we had a late flight into Charleston. Very close to airport. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Coffee and breakfast in morning exceeded my expectations. Large variety and was delicious. Staff was very nice.
