Wir wollten unsere Rewardspunkte "verbraten" und da ist dieses Hotel ein dolles Schäppchen . Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend . Zimmer absolut ok und sauber - sogar mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank , Schöner moderner Frükstücksraum . Zentralgelegen . Highway ist zwar vor dem Haus aber man hört nichts .Absolut epfehlenswert .

Wir hatten zwei entspannte Tage, obwohl Hochsaison war!|Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frühstücken kann man zu angemessenen Preisen gleichkommt Haus, aber etliche Anbieter sind gut fussläufig zu erreichen. ||

Me and my family came to this hotel for a few days while we were waiting on our new home to be available to move in and our stay was nothing short of excellent. The staff was amazing specifically Sergio Bacallao. He was extremely helpful and on our 2nd day our room had an issue with the AC and he changed our room immediately. Overall I am impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff at this hotel. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

I have travelled all over the world and stayed in hotels from Haiti to Pakistan. This is a top 3 worst experience. We had a group checking in. The hotel knew this but refused to let anyone check in before 4pm so we were all in the lobby for 4 hours. The hotel tested the fire alarm in every room for 2 straights days from 9am-5pm. I’ve spent over 1000 nights in hotels and have never heard or experienced such a thing. Alarms going off every minutes for 15 seconds for 8 hours a day. When I complained that it was impossible to work or be on calls I was told it had to be done. I asked why weren’t we told ahead of time about testing so we could get a reduced rate or make other plans. No answer. It’s because the company could care less about guests and just wanted the $$.I complained so much I got a free breakfast and a few $ off one night. Incredible. I will never stay at another Sonesta property and recommend anyone else to avoid their properties.

My mom and I stayed here when we were evacuated from Fort Myers for the recent hurricane. The staff were accommodating and friendly. There was an error with our reservations which they fixed immediately. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant. The hotel was in walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. There was also a gas station around the corner. Rooms were quiet and clean.

Hotel limpo, cama confortável, tem restaurantes nas proximidades que é um ponto positivo, porém é longe de todos os outros pontos. Não tem ponto de ônibus próximo, tudo muito longe. Café da manhã não é a vontade, você escolhe o que quer comer e eles te entregam “um combo”.
